Microsoft Goes All-Out With Year of the Dragon Mice

You know, sometimes, even pastel hues and neons galore aren't wild enough. Every so often, you just need a dragon tattoo to keep things interesting. That's what's being publicized by Microsoft, as they're celebrating the 2012 Chinese New Year in style with three Limited Edition mice from Microsoft designed exclusively for the Year of the Dragon.

The Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500 Year of the Dragon features an intricate dragon design created by premier artist Nod Young, who was inspired by the famous Nine-Dragon Wall in Beihai Park, China and the popular Dragon Ball cartoon. Sporting the award-winning BlueTrack Technology and a snap-in Nano transceiver, these mice are equipped to roam anywhere, anytime. The Arc Touch Mouse Year of the Dragon features sleek crouching dragon design that is matched by the unique Arc Touch Mouse form factor allowing you to bend, snap and stow to accommodate the ultimate road warrior. Featured artist, Lin Xu Pan embraced the Chinese heritage by incorporating a five-finger claw dragon design which was traditionally used for exclusive royal use, symbolizing nobleness.

The Wireless Mobile Mouse 3500 Year of the Dragon is available now for $34.95 in traditional red and gold and the Arc Touch Mouse Year of the Dragon will be available soon for $69.95. And no, you don't have to go to China to snag one -- bonus!
