Square Enix Reveals Concept Art for Action RPG

Square Enix has revealed the first concept artwork from its Action RPG project. The image comes from a recruitment page on the company’s Japanese site.


According to a translation by Andriasang, the page contains job listings for game planners and programmers, character modelers, designers and network programmers. The listings also reveal that the project will use Unreal Engine 3, following Square Enix’s recent re-licensing of the engine.



Square Enix discussed the rising trend of Action RPGs earlier this month. The project is still in early stages of development, and no release window or platform information has been announced thus far.
